Food waste is a big problem. Each year 108 billion pounds of food is wasted in the United States.
Due to people being busy and a lack of education, food that could normally be donated gets thrown in a landfill.
My solution to this problem is design a user interface to make donating simple. Deed has partnered up with Amazon to make the picking up simple too.
